General Business Terms for WATCH Purchase

Welcome to WATCH Purchase. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between our company (the “Company”) and you (the “Customer”) for all purchases made via our online boutique. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

A) Purchasing & Payment

1. Contract Formation

By completing the checkout process on our online shop, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. A contract is only officially formed once we send a secondary “Order Processed” email or dispatch the goods.

2. Secure Payment Methods

We offer two primary, high-security methods for completing your purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Our gateway provides a military-grade secure environment. Paying by card offers built-in fraud protection and purchase protection through your card issuer, allowing you to dispute unauthorized charges.

• Bank Transfer: For high-value timepiece acquisitions, customers may choose to pay via direct bank transfer. This is a highly secure, person-to-person transaction. Upon choosing this method, you will receive our official IBAN/BIC details. Please note that goods are only dispatched once the full funds have cleared in our account.

B) Shipping, Insurance & Customs

1. Global Logistics

We select the most secure and favorable dispatch methods for your location. If a carrier is unable to deliver, you will be notified in writing with options for a second delivery attempt or local depository pickup. We reserve the right to effect partial deliveries if necessary.

2. Complimentary Transport Insurance

Given the luxury nature of our products, all parcels are insured up to a value of €2,500 at no additional cost to the customer. The risk of transport passes to the buyer once the goods are successfully handed over by the carrier.

3. Customs and Import Taxes

For exports to non-EU countries, please be aware that customs fees and import purchase taxes may be applied by your local authorities. WATCH Purchase cannot predict these costs; please consult your local customs office for details.

C) Consumer Cancellation Rights

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The period begins from the day you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the goods.

• How to Exercise: You must inform us via a clear statement sent to our official email address.

• Effects of Cancellation: We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

• Threshold Adjustments: If a partial return causes your remaining order value to fall below our “Free Shipping” threshold (€750), the standard shipping cost for the items you kept will be deducted from your refund.

2. Returns Process

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, except in cases of guarantee/claims or within specific EU countries where we may provide a pre-paid stamp (for values over €50).

• Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the watch resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the timepiece.

D) Damage, Complaints & Disputes

1. Transport Damage

We kindly ask customers to report evident defects or quality issues within one week of receipt. If transport damage is visible externally, please inspect the parcel immediately and obtain written confirmation of the damage from the carrier before signing.

E) Promotional Campaigns

• Vouchers: Codes must be entered and “Redeemed” at checkout. Post-order allocation is not possible.

• Validity: If a return brings your total purchase value below a campaign’s minimum threshold, the discount will be voided and subtracted from your refund.
