Shipping Rates & Complimentary Delivery

We believe in transparent, premium service. To reflect our commitment to our international clientele, we offer Complimentary Global Shipping on all qualifying orders.

Free Worldwide Shipping: Available on all orders exceeding €750.
Standard European Delivery: €60 – €80 (For orders under €750).
Standard International Delivery: €120 – €200 (For orders under €750).

Tracking & Order Confirmation

Your journey with WATCH Purchase is tracked every step of the way:

Order Acknowledgment: Immediately after checkout, you will receive an automated email detailing your purchase.
Processing Confirmation: Once our experts have inspected and prepared your timepiece for dispatch, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been processed.
Real-Time Tracking: This second email will contain your unique tracking reference number and a direct link to the courier’s portal. You can also monitor your delivery status at any time via your Account History on our website.

Professional Courier Services & Security

To ensure the highest level of security, we partner exclusively with premium global couriers.

Signature Required: For your protection, all deliveries require a physical signature upon receipt. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or unattended locations.
Delivery Windows: Our couriers deliver until 9:00 PM in most metropolitan areas to accommodate your schedule.
Attempted Delivery: If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to our vault for security. Please note that we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery fee in these instances.

Delivery Timelines

Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
International: 7 to 10 working days.
