Return & Exchange Policy

Our “Pristine Condition” Guarantee

At WATCH Purchase, your satisfaction is our benchmark. We uphold the highest standards of quality for every timepiece in our collection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your acquisition, we offer a structured return and exchange process designed to protect your investment.


1. The 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date of receipt.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be received back at our facility within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original, brand-new, and unworn condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the absence of scratches, scuffs, dings, or resize marks on the bracelet or case.


2. Mandatory Return Requirements

To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following luxury retail standards:

  • Original Security Tag: The original security tag must remain attached and intact. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the return will be voided.

  • Complete Packaging: Returns must include all original boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. Missing collateral may result in a handling charge or rejection of the return.

  • Custom Orders: Unique or customized orders are eligible for a full refund within the same 30-day window, provided they meet all condition requirements.


3. Return Authorization Process

A package without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted. Please follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Request an RA Code: Contact our concierge team via email or phone with your Order Number.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a unique Return Ticket ID and specific insured shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Securely: Pack the item safely using the instructions provided to ensure the timepiece is protected during transit.


4. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Upon arrival, our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the timepiece to ensure it meets our “Unworn” criteria.

  • Verification: The inspection process typically takes 1 to 5 business days.

  • Refund Issuance: Once verified, your refund or customer credit will be issued within 1 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: We refund the full purchase price. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if the item is verified as defective upon arrival, WATCH Purchase will reimburse all applicable return shipping charges.


5. Limitations & Negligence

Items that show signs of wear or damage due to client negligence (e.g., water damage on non-diver models, dropped cases, or scratched crystals) cannot be accepted for refund. In such cases, the item will be returned to the client at their expense.
